Getting Started

01 Who can become an ATU seller?
Registered businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, manufacturers and service providers operating within supported markets may apply to join ATU. The platform is designed to support businesses ranging from local enterprises to larger international companies.
02 Do I need my own website to join ATU?
No. Your ATU business page provides you with a professional digital presence where customers can discover your business, products and services.
03 Can I sell both products and services?
Yes. Approved sellers may showcase physical products, professional services, specialised solutions or a combination of these offerings.
04 How do I register as a seller?
Select Become a Seller or Apply to Sell, create your account and complete the step-by-step seller onboarding and verification process.
05 What information will I need to provide?
You may be asked to provide your business and contact information, business location, tax identification details where applicable, banking information, identification, business registration documents, and a live photograph for identity verification.

Verification & Approval

06 Why does ATU verify sellers?
Verification helps ATU build a secure and trusted global business platform by reducing fraudulent accounts and confirming the identity of businesses joining the marketplace.
07 Why do I need to verify my email and phone number?
This confirms your contact information and allows ATU to communicate securely with the person responsible for the seller account.
08 How long does seller approval take?
Approval times may vary depending on whether all required information has been submitted and whether additional verification is needed.
09 Can I access my seller dashboard before approval?
No. Your seller dashboard will become available after your application has been reviewed and approved.
10 What happens if my application is incomplete?
Your account will remain on hold. ATU may contact you to request additional information or documents before completing the review process.
11 Can ATU decline a seller application?
Yes. ATU may decline applications that do not meet its eligibility, verification or marketplace requirements.

12 How will ATU help my business grow?
ATU gives your business a professional digital storefront where you can showcase your products or services, increase your visibility, attract new customers and reach audiences beyond your immediate location.
13 Can ATU help me reach international customers?
Yes. ATU is being developed as a global business gateway. As the platform expands into additional markets, approved sellers may gain opportunities to reach customers and business partners across different countries.
14 Will ATU help me set up my business page?
Setup and onboarding assistance may be available through ATU's Seller Launch Programme, including support with registration, profile setup and preparing your business page.

Listings & Storefront

15 What can I list on ATU?
Approved sellers may list lawful products, professional services and business solutions that comply with ATU's marketplace policies. Certain prohibited or restricted products and services will not be approved, while some regulated categories may require additional documentation or prior approval.
16 Who sets the prices for my products or services?
Each seller is responsible for setting and maintaining accurate pricing for their own products and services.
17 Can I update my business page after it is published?
Yes. Sellers can update eligible business information, products, services, pricing and other details through their seller dashboard.
18 Who is responsible for the accuracy of my listings?
Each seller is responsible for ensuring that all business, product, service, pricing and availability information is accurate and current.

Orders & Fulfilment

19 Who is responsible for fulfilling customer orders?
Each seller is responsible for managing inventory, communicating with customers and fulfilling orders or services within the timelines stated on their listings. Sellers must promptly communicate any delays and provide appropriate customer support. Failure to fulfill customer orders or repeatedly meet ATU's service standards may result in account restriction or suspension pending review.

Payments & Policies

20 How much does it cost to sell on ATU?
ATU currently offers seller subscription options of US$35 per month or US$360 per year, subject to the final seller terms and launch pricing.
21 Can my seller account be suspended?
Yes. Seller accounts may be restricted or suspended for incomplete verification, prohibited listings, fraudulent activity, repeated order-fulfilment issues or breaches of ATU's marketplace policies.
